HuraOnlineUK introduces homeowners and independent trade businesses. HuraOnlineUK is not a party to contracts agreed between users and does not guarantee that a job, quote or payment will proceed.

Trade memberships and credits

Membership credits permit access to selected homeowner contact details. A credit is treated as used once a lead is successfully unlocked, except where a refund is required by law or expressly approved under the published refund policy.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, behave lawfully and protect account credentials. Tradespeople remain responsible for qualifications, insurance, quotations, contracts, workmanship, tax and regulatory compliance.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Members can manage or cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse credits already supplied.

Add your legal company identity, registered address, formal cancellation rights, liability wording and governing law before taking payments. Professional legal review is recommended.
